THE BIG "O" PROJECT

​You could possibly be or raising the next Oprah or Obama. We all have the potential for great success. This project provides the necessary skills, topics and training to understand what it takes to be successful personally and professionally and to secure a solid, positive future.
ROANOKE VALLEY COLLEGE FAIR​​

A Better Chance A Better Community is planning to revive College Fairs in Roanoke Valley area to provide our students, parents, counselors and other interested persons a setting where information and guidance concerning higher education can be shared
COLLEGE SIGNING DAY​
​
The College Signing Day is to promote academic and scholastic excellence and recognize the decision of students to further their education beyond high school. College signing day will be similar to athletic college signing day, but there are guidelines for seniors to participate in College Signing Day.
FOR THE LOVE OF ENFIELD

​There is a lot to be proud of and to boast about in Enfield. From the Enfield Riots, which sparked our counry's independence from Great Britain, to the Honorable Ed Jones, Enfield has a rich history of positive impact and influence on the state of North Carolina. JOIN & SHARE THE LOVE

COMMUNITY GARDEN

A Better Chance A Better Communiity will help create a large Community Garden to provide fresh seasonal produce for the Enfield Farmer's Market. Proceeds go directly to scholarships and training programs for the youth and teens in the community.​
